Jess Kent is an Australian alternative pop singer and songwriter who began her career in 2015. Her bouncy, electronic pop songs have seen her quickly rise to becoming an international star. Her debut single, 'Get Down', released in June 2015, reached the Top 10 on both the Triple J Hottest 100 and the ARIA Australian Artist Chart. Her influence even made it across the pond, with her 2017 collaboration with American artist Zhu, 'Exhale' charting #31 on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic songs chart. Her debut album 'My Name Is', released in April 2019, was met with critical acclaim and Kent went on to win an ARIA for 'Breakthrough Artist' that same year. Her second album 'Corduroy Butts' was released in late 2020.
