How do I remove myself from an auto-purchase of an event?
You can always manage your automated purchases in the Waitlists section of your Tixel account. You can remove yourself from an automated purchase at any point.
To remove yourself from an event waitlist or automated purchase, follow the below:
- Go to Waitlists.
- Locate the event waitlist you would like to remove
- Click on the "Manage" button.
- Scroll down on this page below the sharing section
- Click on the edit button on the right of "Auto-purchase info"
- Click cancel "Auto-Purchase"
Please note, that all Auto-Purchases sales are final. If you have purchased the incorrect ticket category or forgotten to remove yourself from an Auto-Purchase please resell your ticket on Tixel.
