How do I stop alerts or remove myself from the waitlist?
You can always manage your waitlists in the Waitlists section of your Tixel account. You can stop your event alerts at any point.
To stop alerts for an event:
- Go to Waitlists
- Locate the event waitlist you would like to remove
- Click on the "Manage" button.
- Scroll down on this page below the sharing section
- Click on the edit button on the right of "Waitlist info"
- Click "stop alerts"
