My name is not on the ticket

The majority of events do not have a “name on ticket policy” so we don’t normally process a name change.

If the event requires it, we will have the seller or ticketing agent process the name change on your behalf.

In the case the event has a name on ticket policy, you will receive a new ticket in your allocated name, please note due to Covid restrictions, this will be closer to the date. Please don't stress if this is an event we're partnered with, we will make sure you have your ticket in time of the event.
