My ticket didn't work

In the rare occurrence that something goes wrong at the venue and you cannot gain entry to the event, you can contact your seller via My Tickets . They may have scanned in the wrong ticket and may be able to provide you with the correct one. You can also report the issue via chat.

If you have further issues, please contact us below and send through as much detail about your experience as you can (e.g. tickets you had to purchase on the day, time you tried to enter the event, any communications with the venue or organisers regarding your ticket) and we will issue you a refund.
