What will I be charged for selling a ticket?

Listing a ticket is free. It’s only when your ticket sells through Tixel that we will charge a service fee based on the listing amount. The service fee is 5.9% of the listed price with a minimum fee of $3.00 AUD (The minimum fee will change based on the local currency and conversion rates).

What fee will be added when buying a ticket?

When searching for tickets, the price you see is the listing price set by the seller. If you find the golden ticket of your dreams and decide to snatch it up, you will have the fees clearly outlined in the check-out process, but we have also listed them below:

The buyer fee is 5.9% of the listing price plus a merchant fee, which is variable depending on your location. There is a minimum fee of $3.75 AUD (The minimum fee will change based on the local currency and conversion rates)

*Merchant fees will vary between 3%-4.5% depending on the geo-specific fees and credit card surcharges incorporated by our payment provider.
