How can I list my tickets for sale if E-tickets still need to be released by the event?

We have worked closely with Big Red Bash and Oztix to enable you to list your order confirmation email safely instead of E-tickets.

All buyers will receive new tickets and barcodes in their own name, and all tickets sold on the platform are invalidated, so sellers will not receive those tickets when E-tickets are released in 2023. Please follow the below steps to list your email confirmation ticket:

Step 1: Copy the unique email address

Step 2: Forward your Oztix order confirmation email to the copied email address. Please do not include any content in the email forward. You can find some tips on how to find your confirmation email here.

Step 3: We will respond with a link to complete the listing. Please ensure you are checking your spam and junk folder.

Step 4: Follow the prompts in the return email to finalise the listing
