Humanitix events with a name on ticket policy.

If an event has a name on ticket policy, this means that the name on your ticket must match your ID. In an effort to stop scalpers and scammers Tixel has a system that allows you to transfer the ticket to a buyer and update in the process.

The best way to list your ticket is by following the below steps:

Head to our Humanitix sell page
Select the ticket you want to sell and follow the prompts.

If you are wanting to sell your ticket to a friend, you will be able to list the ticket as a private sale, this will allow you to transfer your ticket to your friend via a unique link. You can do this by following the steps below:

Before the final confirmation (in step 4), select the 'private listing' option
Send your unique link to the private listing to your friend (the new attendee)
Get your friend to purchase the ticket and fill in their details
Ticket will be reissued in your friend's name *Note, If you simply want to give a ticket away for free and just want to complete a name change, you can do so by adjusting the price slider to $1.
