My Ticket has already sold - How do I upload an updated ticket with buyers name?

If you are required to process a name change for the ticket you sold and the event is not integrated with Tixel, you might need to make the update yourself. The procedure varies from event to event, please refer to the official event website and Facebook event.

Once you obtain a new ticket, you will then need to upload it on Tixel for your buyer.

You can follow the below steps to supply your buyer with the new ticket: If you go to your My Tickets section, you will be able to find the name that is required on the ticket. Go to the event organiser directly, to process the name change Once the ticket is reissued in the buyers name you can log into your My Tickets section where you upload the new reissued ticket there

Ensure the name you enter on the new ticket matches the new name priovided by the buyer,
