My sale got canceled, what do I do?
If your ticket sale got canceled (reversed) on Tixel due to the event being postponed or rescheduled, you can list the ticket again once you receive a new ticket with a new date from the organizers.
If the sale got canceled because of a suspicious buyer, you can re-list the same ticket again and another buyer will be able to purchase it.
In most cases, your buyer would have received a refund during reversal automatically so you have to make a new listing.
If the event is canceled, there is a chance that the event organizer is offering refunds. In such case, instead of reselling your ticket, you could get a refund from the organizer instead. Please check the official communication channels of the event.
