Tixel is the official resale partner for Standon Calling 2023 and has worked closely with Standon Calling and their ticketing providers to ensure you can buy and sell tickets safely at this link.

How to list your Standon Calling ticket for resale

Kaboodle ticket holders:

Step 1: Head to www.tixel.com/sell

Step 2: Select PDF file

Step 3: Follow the instructions for uploading your Kaboodle PDF to Tixel.

Ticketmaster ticket holders:

Step 1: Head to www.tixel.com/sell

Step 2: Select I have received tickets with a barcode > Mobile or SMS

Step 3: Select Ticketmaster and follow the instructions for logging into your Ticketmaster account to list your tickets.

Why am I unable to list my Standon Calling ticket for resale on Tixel?

Please check that the ticket you are trying to sell does not have an unpaid balance. If you have uploaded a ticket/confirmation with a fully paid balance and you are still having issues, feel free to contact our Community Support via the “Get in Touch” button down below and our support staff will help troubleshoot.

I've sold my ticket. What happens next?

Kaboodle tickets: Once you've sold your ticket, there is no further action required from sellers. All buyers will be provided with a ticket to download from their Tixel account. Your funds will be available to withdraw after the event.

Ticketmaster tickets: Once you've sold your ticket, you'll need to upload a copy of your ticket as an image file to the Tixel buyer/seller chat. You can access the Tixel buyer/seller chat here.

I've purchased a ticket on Tixel, when will I receive my ticket?

If your seller listed a Kaboodle ticket, you will be issued with a new ticket that will be instantly available to download from your Tixel account.
If your seller listed a Ticketmaster ticket, they will need to upload their ticket as an image file to the Tixel buyer/seller chat. You can access the buyer/seller chat here.
