How to list your Standon Calling ticket for resale

Kaboodle ticket holders:

Step 1: Head to www.tixel.com/sell

Step 2: Select I have a purchase confirmation email but no tickets

Step 3: Follow the instructions for forwarding your Kaboodle confirmation email to Tixel.

Ticketmaster ticket holders:

Step 1: Head to www.tixel.com/sell

Step 2: Select I have received tickets with a barcode > Mobile or SMS

Step 3: Select Ticketmaster and follow the instructions for logging into your Ticketmaster account to list your tickets.

Why am I unable to list my Standon Calling ticket for resale on Tixel?

Please check that the ticket you are trying to sell does not have an unpaid balance. If you have uploaded a ticket/confirmation with a fully paid balance and you are still having issues, feel free to contact our Community Support via the “Get in Touch” button down below and our support staff will help troubleshoot.

I've sold my ticket. What happens next?

Once you've sold your ticket, there is no further action required from sellers. All buyers will be provided with a ticket which they'll be able to download closer to the event. Your funds will be available to withdraw after the event.

I've purchased a ticket on Tixel, when will I receive my PDF?

You will be issued with a ticket that will be available to download closer to the event. The date for when PDFs are released is still to be confirmed with the organisers. All buyers will be notified when their tickets are available to be downloaded.
