Where is my refund?

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to be processed from when they are issued, and you will be refunded back to the card of purchase.

Regarding refunds for postponed or cancelled shows related to COVID,the refund policy can vary depending on the event you have bought or sold tickets for. This is a tough time for the event industry and we're trying our hardest to ensure that event creators, ticket buyers, and ticket sellers are all looked after.

In general, if you bought a ticket on Tixel and the event is rescheduled or canceled; Please check if the organiser is issuing refunds and let us know as soon as you can. This will give us the best chance to refund your ticket.
