Where is my payout and when will I get paid? (including events affected by Covid-19)

This is a difficult time for the live event industry and we are trying our hardest to make sure everyone is looked after following postponed or cancelled event.

Due to the ongoing risk of event cancellation, there is a requirement by our payment provider to hold funds until after the event takes place.

This is very important as if an event does sadly get cancelled or postponed again, there will be no way to ensure the buyer receives their funds back. At Tixel we are always committed to providing the safest and simplest ticketing experience for both our buyers and sellers, which at this time means holding funds to provide protection to all parties.

We understand this may cause some frustration. We will continue to work through some of these issues and provide any updates to these policies as soon as COVID is no longer a concern.

If you've already sold your ticket you can check the status of your payment in My Payouts. Here, we will let you know exactly when your funds will be available to withdraw. Once withdrawn, funds will take standard processing times to each your account. This can vary based on your bank but can take up to 4 business days.
