Sellers for Events Affected by Covid-19

Due to the ongoing risk of cancellation of events our payment provider has informed us we will need to hold funds in escrow until the day after an event has occurred.

If the event has been cancelled by organisers users who have sold tickets on Tixel will still be eligible for a refund from the original point of purchase if and when they are offered. In the event of a cancellation we will get in touch with sellers with any next steps.
