Diet Cig is an indie rock duo hailing from New Paltz, New York. Comprised of Alex Luciano and Noah Bowman, the pair formed their band in 2014 after sharing a mutual love for poppy punk music. In 2016, the pair released their debut EP entitled “Ovulatin,” where they talk about autobiographical topics such as feminism, partying, and bad relationships. Since releasing their debut project, Diet Cig has released two full length studio albums: Swear I’m Good At This in 2017, and Do You Wonder About Me? in 2020. The duo’s music has received critical acclaim, with A.V Club calling them “lovable indie-pop champions," and FADER describing their sound as “full of drama and humour.” In 2020, the duo celebrated the release of their latest album with a sold out concert at the Dutchkills Gallery in Queens, New York.
