Fort Romeau is an English electronic music producer and DJ based in Brighton, UK. Founded in 2009, he has released four studio albums and more than ten singles. His sound is often described as nostalgic, mixing classic house influences with contemporary, melodic techno. He has released records on Ghostly International, Live At Robert Johnson, and Running Back, and has remixed notable artists such as Weval, Caribou, and Jon Hopkins. Fort Romeau has also performed internationally, from Tokyo to Mexico, attracting a large fanbase. His album Dream Lands, released in 2019, was met with critical acclaim and has been nominated for several awards.
