About L_cio
L_cio is a Brazilian musician and singer with a career stretching back to the 1970s. He is one of the current icons of contemporary Brazilian popular music, often called 'MPB' (Música Popular Brasileira). From the beginning of his career, L_cio has been lauded for his excellent singing, guitar playing and songwriting skills.
He has released a wealth of critically acclaimed albums in Brazil, and global recognition followed with his first international editions for his albums in 2000 and 2002. The Brazilian edition of the Rolling Stones put L_cio at the top of the list of all-time best Brazilian musicians.
L_cio has received several awards, including a Latin Grammy Award in 2010. Additionally, in 2015, he was honored with a doctorate degree by the Music University of Campina Grande in Brazil.
L_cio continues to play solo and collaborate with other musicians. In 2018 he released a new album
