Mikey Lion is an American house music DJ and producer from San Diego. He rose to fame in 2017 after founding Desert Hearts Records which has become a widely respected record label in the music industry. Mikey Lion is known for producing some of the most unique house music in the world, blending a variety of influences from the various places he has lived and performed around the globe, including soundscapes from Borneo and Ibiza.

Since 2013, Lion has been touring around the world, playing multiple music festivals such as Coachella, Burning Man, Lightning in a Bottle and Shambhala. In 2017 he released his first solo album, Illusion of Choice, as well as the new Desert Hearts Records compilation series. With his forward-thinking approach to production and live performances, Mikey Lion continues to make waves in the world of house music.
