Sage Francis tickets

Sage Francis is a Pulitzer Prize-nominated rapper, spoken word artist, and producer from Rhode Island. A hip-hop veteran and independent mainstay since the early 2000s, he is renowned for his articulate, socially conscious lyricism and captivating live shows. Francis launched his career with the 2001 album Personal Journals, praised for its poetic, introspective songwriting. He later founded Strange Famous Records in 2002 to create an independent platform for his work as well as that of other like-minded musicians. Since then, Francis has released additional critically acclaimed albums, including Human the Death Dance (2007) and Li(f)e (2010). He also has written and published multiple books of poetry and essays, most notably his 2010 collection, Life Is Easy. Sage Francis has won numerous awards, from winning the 2002 Scribble Jam Battle and Jammys in 2004, to achieving the Best Underground Hip Hop Album category award at the 2018 A2IM Libera Awards.
