Scratch Massive is a french electronic music duo composed of Pierre Etienne and Maxime Dangles. Forming in 1996 in Paris, they began by experimenting in various forms of electronic dance music before finally settling on a blend of influences including acid house, Detroit techno, and electro-funk.

The duo released their self-titled debut album on Bromance Records in 2002, achieving success with tracks such as "Stay Gold" and "Me & Myself". A subsequent album, Music For The Scene, was released on the label Galactic in 2003, gaining them more widespread appeal and eventually leading to remix work for high-profile artists such as Daft Punk.
