Mandy Moore at The Crest Sacramento has been Cancelled, open to see your options.

Dear ticket holder,

As you may already be aware, Mandy Moore - Live in Concert is canceled due to the impacts of COVID-19.

We apologize for this inconvenience; the entertainment industry is going through hard times of unprecedented scale. The Crest Theatre has been closed since March 16th, 2020 due to COVID-19 mandated closures and gathering restrictions. We know that you are disappointed about this shows cancelation and might be looking for a refund. We believe that public health and safety come first and we humbly ask at this time if you would please consider exchanging the cost of your tickets for a voucher worth 125% towards a future show at the Crest Sacramento. We understand that everyone's financial situations are different in these unprecedented times and that a refund may be necessary for you.

Should you choose this option, we will include your name to our “Wall of Heroes,” which will be displayed on-screen before all our shows and movies for a year after we reopen.

Refund

We humbly ask you to consider a Crest Sacramento Voucher or Donating your ticket if you are able. These are challenging times, the more refunds we process the harder it gets to sustain this iconic Sacramento landmark, and the less likely it will be to resume business when the pandemic mandated gathering restrictions are lifted. You can request a refund. We will process these requests in the order they are received.
