About Casting Crowns
Casting Crowns is a Christian rock band from McDonough, Georgia. Started by Mark Hall, the band has won from both Christian and mainstream awards. It has sold millions of albums and has had many number ones.
The group has charted many songs on Billboard's Hot Christian Songs chart, winning awards for songwriting and vocal performances. Over ten critics awards have been awarded to various members of the band. They have also had the honor of performing for the 2012 presidential inauguration.
Casting Crowns' members include Mark Hall, Juan Devevo, Melodee DeVevo, Megan Garrett, Chris Huffman, and Brian Scoggins. In 2015, the band was inducted into the Georgia Music Hall of Fame.
