About Laura Bryne
Laura Bryne is an Irish singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. She has released two albums to date: 'Marking Time' in 2009 and 'Liar Bird' in 2012. She has been praised by critics and fans alike for her raw and emotional music; which combines elements of folk, pop, and country.
Bryne has performed at numerous festivals throughout Ireland, UK and Europe. In 2012 she was chosen to represent Ireland at the Eurosonic Honours Ceremony in Holland. In 2016, she was one of the headline acts at the 30th annual Scariff Harbour Festival.
Bryne has played support for many high-profile international acts including Joan Armatrading, Luka Bloom, James Vincent McMorrow, and Nadine Shay. In 2013, she was featured on the BBC show The Voice of Ireland.
