Marcel Woods is a Dutch Trance and Tech Trance electronic music producer and DJ who was born in the Netherlands in 1977. He has seen huge success in the Electronic Dance Music scene, with his tracks being played regularly at clubs and festivals worldwide. Over an incredible career spanning more than a decade, he has released a variety of original and remixed tracks, albums and collaborations. His pioneering 2005 hit song ‘Advanced’ was somewhat of a milestone for the genre and continues to be a fan favorite. Woods is noted for his energetic and electric stage presence, enhanced by the use of video projections and special effects, making his live performances memorable occasions. Recently, Marcel has been focusing on releases with his fellow Dutch legend Tiësto, along with performances at international festivals and electronic music cruises.
