Pretty Uglys tickets

Pretty Uglys is an eclectic rock quartet from Charlotte, North Carolina formed in 2014. The band is composed of Kate Taylor (vocals/guitar), Nico Arteaga (drums), Charles Humphrey III (bass) and Jeff McSherry (keys/saxophone). Drawing inspiration from post-punk, psychedelia, and 1930s swing music, Pretty Uglys blend alternative textures with organic harmonies to create a unique sound.

Their debut album, 'Fish In The Shell,' was released in 2014 and received praise from critics for its mix of creativity and accessibility. Since then, the band has toured extensively - including appearances at SXSW, festivals, and venues across the US and UK. In 2016 the band released their sophomore record 'Figure Me Out.' The album is a mix of thoughtful lyrics and experimental rhythms with ambient landscapes - a combination that has helped the band build a loyal following.
