Rabit tickets

Rabit is a Houston based artist and producer who draws from a wide range of experimental influences to create what he called 'rap radicalism'. He is a founding member and leader of the underground electronic collective Discwoman and has released several projects on labels such as Tri Angle Records, Big Dada and his own imprint, Halcyon Veil.

Rabit is a champion of a now-infamously aggressive music colloquially referred to as 'drill', and has incorporated grime and Southern rap flavors into his work. His productions utilize snares, hi-hats and screeching synths alongside varying tempos and effortlessly moving between hip-hop and minimalist club fare. He also works with his cohort and sometimes collaborator Dedekind Cut.

He is known for making music that is both accessible and experimental, using what critic Philip Sherburne calls 'segmented string samples and field recordings, chanted vocal samples and clipped soul samples.'. He has
