About The Innocent Criminals
The Innocent Criminals are a rock group comprised of guitarist and vocalist Ben Harper, percussionist Leon Mobley, bassist Juan Nelson, and multi-instrumentalist Michael Ward. With the classic blues, folk, and reggae influence, the band has been together since 1994. They are well-known for their unique style of developing basic blues progressions to create innovative and contemporary music.
The Innocent Criminals released their major label debut album, "Burn to Shine" (Virgin Records) in 2019, which garnered them critical acclaim and multiple Grammy nominations. The album featured songs such as “Steal My Kisses,” “Faded,” and “Two Hands of a Prayer,” many of which have been heavily featured on radio stations and in media.
