Appleblim is a British electronic music producer and DJ who has released some of the most iconic bass music from the U.K. ever since his career started in the early 2000s. After working as aDJ in and around the London area, Appleblim co-founded the dubstep and UK garage label Skull Disco in 2004 with his friend Shackleton. Since the launch of Skull Disco, Appleblim has gained a place in electronic music history as a major influence in the dubstep, techno and garage scenes, with releases being pushed by the likes of Mary Anne Hobbs. In 2009, Appleblim joined dubstep titans dub Police, featured on Mary Anne Hobbs' Evolution series, and released a series of EPs and singles on labels like Clysin Recs, Apple Pips and his own imprint, Appleblim & Peverelist.
