Dave DK is an electronic music producer from Germany. His melodic, deep and understated sounds have been writing the language of contemporary house, techno, and downtempo since his first releases in 2001. He is considered one of the most important figures of the German electronic music scene and has released music on notable labels such as Kompakt, innervisions, K7, and Poker Flat Recordings.

Dave DK is known for his genre-defying eclecticism, blending ambient, house, techno, and jazz influences into an often hard-to-pigeonhole but always moving presentation. He is continually exploring the boundaries between melancholic soundscapes, club-ready beats, and unique structures across his dozen or so albums, while also collaborating with artists such as Robag Wruhme, Apparat, Agoria, Sascha Funke, and others.
