Maurice Mino is an American singer-songwriter, producer and composer. He is best known for producing the 2009 breakout hit "Call Me Maybe", by Carly Rae Jepsen. His career kicked off in the late 1990s, when he learned production and songwriting from critically-acclaimed engineer Bashiri Johnson. Over the years, he has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Usher, John Legend, and Mariah Carey. His songwriting credits include hits such as "All I Want" by the Backstreet Boys and "Fantasy" by Mariah Carey. In recent years, Maurice has shifted his focus from production to composing for films, television, and advertisements, including projects for heavyweight companies such as Nike, Google and McDonald's.
