Parallells is an interesting independent music artist from Canada. He is signed with the label Paper Bag Records, and his debut album Despicable Animal was released in October 2014. His unique class of music has been described as a combination of 80s synth and modern indie-rock. His style is, often described as 'cleverly composed', and he has gained attention from music blogs and reviews. Parallells has also built a very strong presence on the UK music scene, performing at some of the biggest festivals Europe has to offer. He is even due to be supporting the likes of Bloc Party at the end of 2019.
