Sascha Cawa is an electronic, DJ, and music producer from Berlin. He produces his own unique combination of dub, house, jazz, and hip-hop. His music has a strong focus on creating soundscapes that act as an audio escape from daily life. He is the founder of the Cawa Music label, which has released albums from some well-known international artists. He has released many of his own EPs and albums and has collaborated with the likes of Laurent Garnier and Jazzanova. His music has been featured on renowned labels such as Get Physical, Compost, Sonar Kollektiv, and Freerange. He's had albums in the top 10 of iTunes and Beatport Electronic Charts and has also had his music on BBC, American and Australian radio.
