Thomas Hessler is a German ambient and techno artist who has been making music since the late nineties. He has had his music released on respected labels such as Kompakt, Echocord and FatCat Records. His music has been described as dark and industrial but with a melodic, intricate brilliance. He has been a part of notable live projects such as 'Battery Park' which was commissioned as a part of the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai. Along with many challenging and influential projects under solo performance Thomas has collaborated with a number of other artists, playing a vital role in the electronic music scene.
