The story of The Presets dates back to 2003 when they first met at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music. They've developed their music through absolute personal synergy, allowing them to forge an unusual sound with influences from rock'n'roll and new-wave.
The particularity of their music character offered the group a far-reaching exposure. With a sound akin of the old Depeche Mode sound, The Presets released platinum-rated albums, they've toured along with Daft Punk in Australia as a support act, and their 2012 record "Ghosts" was named by Rolling Stones, the song of the year.
From featuring on the world's biggest festival stages such as Glastonbury or Coachella, the duo still has the music magic in them. Their 2018 album, HI VIZ, immediately ranked on the #1 spot on iTunes album chart minutes after its release.
