Godsmack is an American rock band from Lawrence, Massachusetts. Formed in 1995, the band is composed of founder, frontman and songwriter Sully Erna, Gracie Martinez, Robbie Merrill, and Shannon Larkin. They have sold over 20 million albums worldwide, and have charted seven hits on the Billboard Hot 100; including the three number one singles, "Awake", "Straight Out of Line", and "I Stand Alone".

Godsmack has released seven studio albums, one EP (The Other Side), four DVDs, one greatest hits album, and one live album (Live & Inspired). The band's first album, "Godsmack", was released in 1998 and was certified 4x platinum by the RIAA. Their fifth album, "The Oracle" was their fourth consecutive album to debut at number one on the Billboard 200, and was certified platinum. Their latest album, "When Legends Rise", was released in 2018.
