Festival organizer and music perfectionist, Aurora Halal is a Brooklyn based producer and DJ, known for the shadowy music performances as well as to the foundation of Sustain-Release festival.
With an acidic and hazy personality to her music, Aurora created a following that goes beyond her home turf in Brooklyn, New York.
Underground music is her calling, and that’s reflected in both her personality and her music productions. Her inadequate approach to dance music allowed her to go on a passage where underground communities find solace in her music.
From her homegrown Mutual Dreaming party series to regular presences in notorious places such as De School or Berghain, Aurora Halal crafted a name for herself as a prominent techno patron.
