Boards of Canada tickets

Boards of Canada are an electronic music duo from Scotland, composed of brothers Micheal Sandison and Marcus Eoin. Their music combines elements of ambient, downtempo, techno, electronica and pop with influences from hip hop, psychedelia and rock. The duo's distinctive sounds is often characterized by warm analogue synthesisers and stark sampling techniques. Their discography consists of five studio albums, two compilation albums, a split single and several other releases. Boards of Canada's debut album Music Has the Right to be Children, released in 1998, was highly acclaimed and the group quickly developed a cult following. They followed it up with Hi Scores, The Campfire Headphase and ultimately Geogaddi, which cemented their status as pioneers of intelligent dance music. After more than a decade of relative silence, Boards of Canada released their fifth studio album, Tomorrow's Harvest in 2013, and are still actively releasing music today.
