Rufus tickets

Rufus is an American funk and R&B group formed in Chicago, Illinois in 1972 by Chaka Khan, Andre Fisher, Kevin Murphy, and Tony Maiden. The band gained great success in the 1970s and went on to produce hits like "Tell Me Something Good," "Sweet Thing" and "Ain't Nobody" which is seen as an iconic track. Rufus has released several albums and won three Grammy Awards. While originally disbanding in 1983, the group reformed and continued to perform until Khan left the band for a solo career in 1982. The band reunited with two original members in 2017 at the Hollywood Bowl, a show that was titled Rufus & Chaka Khan - A Celebration. The band has experienced a revival in recent years, their music continues to influence a variety of genres.
