Snowy Band is a Canadian indie rock band from Ottawa comprised of Ryan "Snowy" Bruchez, Bryan Hurdle, Vincent Wacholtz, Mark Speziale and Rémi Drouin. Snowy Band's music is rooted in wistful, hook-laden indie rock characterized by anthemic choruses, introspective lyrics and pulsing rhythms.Their debut EP Satellite was released in 2013 and has since been featured in various European and North American radio and television programs.

In May 2015, they released their first full-length LP Asleep in Colour which was produced by James Paul (Kathleen Edwards, Great Lake Swimmers). Following the release, the band embarked on a series of sold-out shows in Quebec and Ontario including appearances at the Ottawa Bluesfest, Pop Montreal and Hillside Festival.

The album was well-received, earning critical recognition in the form of a nomination for a Canadian JUNO
