Sync 24 is the simple stage name of London-based producer and composer Steve van Lier who has been creating electronic music since 2004. His sound has become defined by a unique combination of ambient, down tempo, breakbeat, and IDM.

His career began when he started making music in the early 2000s releasing his music on experimental electronic labels such as Pete Namlook's FAX +49-69/450464 and Astralwerks. In 2004, he released his debut album, "Establishing A Signal" on Pete Namlook's FAX +49-69/450464 label. In 2008, Sync 24 released his second studio album, "Reconnected" on the Austrian imprint Combination Records to critical acclaim.
