The Milk is an alternative indie-pop band hailing from England. The group comprises three young Englishmen, Rick Nunn (vocals/guitar), Mitch Ayling (bass/vocals), and Thomas Allan (drums). Their music has been likened to a mix of Northern Soul, Mod, British Invasion, and classic pop.

The Milk achieved success with their upbeat, joyful singles such as "Blue in the Morning," and "Broken Man." In 2013, they released their eponymous debut album, The Milk, recorded with producer Chris Anderson. Since then, they have released three more albums – Favourite Worry in 2014, Family of Eights in 2016, and 8 in 2018.

Their music has been featured in films and TV shows including Parenthood and Crazy Stupid Love. The band has also opened for acts such as Vampire Weekend, The Kooks, Passion Pit, and Ra Ra Riot, and regularly tour Europe and North America.
