About Armor For Sleep
Armor For Sleep was an American rock band from New Jersey, formed in 2002 by singer-songwriter, guitarist, and keyboardist Ben Jorgensen. They distinguished themselves from the post-hardcore fashion of the early 2000s by blending power chords with dreamy melodies and an alternative radio-friendly sound. The lineup also included bassist Nash Breen, guitarist PJ DeCicco, and drummer Anthony DiIonno.
They released their debut album Dreams in 2004, which featured the singles "My Town" and "Car Underwater". Their second album What To Do When You Are Dead followed in 2005, driven by hits "Remember To Feel Real" and "The Truth About Heaven". In 2009, they released an EP Smile For Them and their third studio album Smile For Them arrived the same year.
After recording together for seven years, the band went on hiatus in 2010. They reunited in 2017 for a special one-off performance at the Sk
