About Clouds
Clouds is an experimental, atmospheric, and dreamy electronic music group from Bilbao, Spain. One of the group's founding members is Amparo Sánchez. Cloud mixes soulful vocals with down-tempo ambient and breakbeat rhythms. Their heartfelt lyrics are often inspired by nature, winter landscapes, and solitude.
The group experiment with layers of ambient sounds, including nature recordings, to create captivating and atmospheric soundscapes. Their sound has been described as an ambient-oriented futuristic take on folktronica.
Clouds released two albums, 'Departure Songs', and 'Durance'. They also collaborated with several renowned electronic producers on several popular remixes, such as Ohm Square, German duo Schiller, and Boston-based producer Greg Davis. Their musical style has been heavily influenced by trip-hop, nujazz, and shoegaze.
