King King are a British blues rock band from Glasgow, Scotland. The band has been together since 2008, and consists of singer/guitarist Alan Nimmo, bassist Lindsay Coulson, drummer Wayne Proctor, and keyboardist Bob Fridzema. They have released three studio albums to date, 'Take My Hand' (2009), 'Standing in the Shadows' (2012) and 'Reaching for the Light' (2015). The band has been well received by both blues and rock fans alike, and has enjoyed significant national airplay in recent years. They continue to tour around the globe, and have been featured in festivals such as the famous Glastonbury Festival. With crossover appeal, and a heavy influence from classic rock, including bands like Led Zeppelin and Cream, they are sure to keep amongst the forefront of British rock music for years to come.
