Kosheen is a British electronic music trio comprised of Sian Evans (vocals), Markee Substance (production/programming) and Darren Decoder (production/programming). Formed in Bristol in 1998, they are best known for producing hits such as "Hide U", "Catch", and "Hungry". Their unusual blend of trip-hop, drum and bass, and various electronic genres have contributed to their success.

Kosheen quickly rose to fame in the early 2000s with their gold-selling debut album, Resist. The trio followed it up with their popular second album, Kokopelli (2002), which they toured extensively before releasing their third album, Damage, in 2004. In 2006, the band returned to the studio to record their fourth album, Independence, which spawned a number of successful singles.
