Lebanon Hanover is a UK-based post-punk duo formed in 2011 by Larissa Iceglass and William Maybelline. They combine elements of cold wave and dark wave with ethereal lyrics written by Iceglass. They released their self-titled debut album in 2012 to critical acclaim, following it up with one EP and three LPs - Tomb for Two, Why Not Just Be Solo, and Let Them Be Alien. Lebanon Hanover draws on a "formidable mix of romanticism, nihilism, and introspection for an unforgiving view of life." The band has consistently toured Europe and the United States since 2014. Their music has been featured in soundtracks for various documentaries, movies and shorts. Lebanon Hanover has released several compilations of rare and unreleased tracks in addition to their core discography.
