Lloyd Spiegel is an Australian blues artist with a career spanning over 20 years. He is popularly known for his roots/contemporary blues style which has been described as, “melting blues, roots, folk, and country into a savory stew”. Spiegel has released 8 solo studio albums, his most recent 'Cut and Run' being self-recorded, produced and mixed. He has also collaborated with successful Australian blues artist such as Geoff Achison and Daddy Cool legend Ross Hannaford. Spiegel has received an ARIA Music Award in 2010 for Best Blues and Roots Album, has toured several times on the Far North Coast and throughout Australia as well as the UK, USA, and Europe and was the youngest ever Musician in Residence at the Sydney Opera House.
