Yerin Baek is a Korean-American singer-songwriter and musician from South Korea. She began her career as a solo artist in 2015, releasing her first EP, Frank. In 2018, she released her first full-length album, Every Letter I Sent You. The album featured singles like "Maybe It's Not Our Fault" and "Bye Bye My Blue," which earned her critical acclaim in her native country. In 2020, she released the single "Square (2017)," which earned her an 'R&B/Soul Award' at the Music Bank Awards in Korea. Yerin Baek's music has been described as a mix of folk, alternative, and pop sounds, and lyrically, her work focuses on themes like identity, relationships, and society. She continues to write and record music, and has recently released a collaboration with English singer-songwriter Lianne La Havas.
