Ali Zafar is a Pakistani singer-songwriter, actor, painter and model. He began his career as a musician and later appeared in television dramas before making his film debut in 2010. His debut album Huqa Pani sold over 5 million copies, earning him numerous awards and nominations. Zafar has also released several successful singles and music videos. His work has not only gained him success in Pakistan, but also made him a household name in India and the surrounding countries. He gained further recognition with his performance in the Bollywood movie, "Tere Bin Laden" in 2010 and through his lead role in the film "Mere Brother Ki Dulhan" in 2011. He has since acted in seven more films, including the recently released romantic comedy "London, Paris, New York". He also continues to perform live and release albums and singles.
