Cheekface is an American indie rock music artist from Los Angeles. Their music combines witty lyrical themes with hooky melodies and gritty guitar solos. Their first release was a two-song EP in 2016, followed by their debut album "Sad Dad Cruise Control" in 2017. Their new album, "Emotionally unavailable" was released in 2020, with lead single "Surf's Up" receiving wide radio airplay. The album has had positive reviews from both critics and fans alike, being called an "impressive showcase of [their] talent". They have since been praised for their songwriting abilities and distinct musical flair. Cheekface tour extensively across the United States, playing a mix of original material as well as cover songs. As well as performing, they also run a podcast where they discuss their favorite bands and the music industry.
